Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaner
Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaner
Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaners are heavy-duty conveyor belt cleaning devices designed to remove fine residual material that remains on the belt after primary cleaning. Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these cleaners are typically installed downstream of the primary scraper to provide a second stage of belt cleaning and help reduce material carryback.
During the transportation of coal, ore, limestone, aggregates, and other bulk materials, fine particles can remain attached to the belt surface after passing the discharge pulley. A secondary cleaner uses wear-resistant alloy scraper blades to maintain controlled contact with the belt and remove remaining material effectively.
Efficient Secondary Belt Cleaning
The main function of the secondary alloy cleaner is to provide fine cleaning after the primary scraper. The scraper blades are positioned against the belt surface at a suitable angle and pressure, helping remove particles that may pass through or remain after the first cleaning stage.
This two-stage cleaning arrangement can significantly improve overall belt cleanliness and help reduce carryback, material accumulation, and conveyor housekeeping requirements.
Wear-Resistant Alloy Blades
Huamei Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaners use high-strength, wear-resistant alloy scraper blades designed for demanding industrial applications. The blade material can be selected according to the abrasiveness, moisture content, particle size, and conveying characteristics of the transported material.
The durable alloy construction provides reliable cleaning performance under continuous operation while helping maintain a consistent contact edge. Replaceable blade designs can also simplify maintenance and reduce long-term operating costs.
Adjustable Contact Pressure
Proper contact pressure is essential for balancing cleaning efficiency and belt protection. The secondary cleaner can be equipped with an adjustable tensioning or pressure mechanism, allowing operators to maintain suitable blade contact as operating conditions change.
As the scraper blade gradually wears, the mechanism can be adjusted to maintain effective cleaning performance. This helps extend blade service life while reducing unnecessary belt wear.
Robust Structure for Heavy-Duty Conveyors
The cleaner is manufactured with a strong steel support frame, precision mounting components, wear-resistant alloy blades, and reliable tensioning elements. The structure is designed to withstand vibration, dust, moisture, and continuous industrial operation.
The compact design allows the cleaner to be installed in suitable spaces near the discharge pulley and simplifies inspection, adjustment, and replacement of wear components.
Various Sizes and Customized Options
Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaners are available for different conveyor belt widths, belt speeds, pulley diameters, blade configurations, and mounting arrangements.
Huamei can customize the cleaner according to belt width, belt material, conveying capacity, pulley dimensions, material characteristics, installation space, and operating conditions. Customized brackets, blade dimensions, and tensioning systems can also be manufactured according to technical drawings or existing conveyor specifications.
Wide Range of Applications
Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaners are suitable for coal mines, mineral processing plants, quarries, aggregate facilities, cement plants, power stations, ports, and other bulk material handling systems.
With high wear resistance, adjustable blade pressure, and efficient secondary cleaning performance, Huamei Secondary Alloy Belt Cleaners provide a reliable solution for reducing belt carryback and improving conveyor cleanliness, helping protect return-side components and maintain efficient long-term conveyor operation.
