Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed to remove residual material that remains on the conveyor belt after the primary cleaning stage. Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these cleaners are typically installed near the discharge pulley, downstream from a primary belt scraper, to provide additional cleaning and reduce material carryback.
During the transportation of coal, ore, limestone, aggregates, sand, and other bulk materials, fine particles may remain adhered to the belt surface after the main material has been discharged. The secondary cleaner provides a second cleaning stage to remove these remaining particles and help maintain a cleaner conveyor system.
Effective Two-Stage Belt Cleaning
The secondary cleaner works together with the primary scraper to create a two-stage belt cleaning system. The primary cleaner removes the majority of the carried material, while the secondary cleaner targets finer particles that remain on the belt.
