Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the composite impact bed combines impact absorption, continuous belt support, and low-friction sliding to help protect conveyor belts and improve the stability of material transfer operations.

Compared with conventional impact idlers, a composite impact bed provides a continuous supporting surface beneath the belt, reducing gaps between individual rollers. This design is particularly suitable for handling large, heavy, or abrasive materials in demanding mining and bulk material handling environments.

Effective Impact Absorption

At conveyor loading points, coal, ore, rock, limestone, and aggregates can generate significant impact forces when they fall from a hopper or transfer chute. Concentrated impact may cause belt deformation, excessive vibration, and accelerated wear.
