Conveyor Impact Beds are heavy-duty belt support and impact protection systems designed for conveyor loading and transfer points. Unlike conventional impact idlers, an impact bed uses a continuous support structure with impact-absorbing components, helping distribute loads over a wider area. It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty conveying systems handling coal, ore, rock, limestone, aggregates, and other bulk materials.

Effective Impact Protection

At transfer points, materials may fall from hoppers, chutes, feeders, or upstream conveyors, creating concentrated impact forces. Repeated impact can cause belt deformation, excessive vibration, belt damage, and premature wear if the loading area is not adequately supported.
